Bailey Scarlett
Bailey joined the CLC team as a Davidson Impact Fellow after his graduation from Davidson College in 2025. His fellowship with CLC saw him tackle grants, technical assistance, and community engagement activities for the Thread Trail team, with a special emphasis on signage and mapmaking. In June 2026, he moved to his current role coordinating CLC’s trail stewardship and volunteer programs. Bailey leverages his background organizing and leading large-scale group experiences to create valuable engagement opportunities with CLC’s community partners. When he’s not maintaining trails or making maps for Catawba Lands, Bailey spends his free time baking cookies and backpacking through the Blue Ridge Mountains.
