Gracie Bartel
Gracie joined the Catawba Lands Conservancy team in 2025 following an AmeriCorps position with the City of Charlotte. Gracie studied sustainability science, conservation, and geography during her bachelor’s at Furman University and her master’s at San Diego State. As a Charlotte native, she feels especially proud to serve in her role of stewarding protected lands in the CLC footprint. Gracie loves to spend her free time exploring new places with her dog, Winnie, and her friends and family.
